What is Cookies by M-K?
Cookies by M-K is an online vegan cookie shop created by Mary-Kate of the Six Vegan Sisters.
What does an “online cookie shop” mean?
You order online, and either we ship them out or you pick up when they’re ready! It’s easy as that. Cookies are baked fresh weekly and are heat-sealed for freshness so that they taste fresh whenever you’re ready to eat them. We currently offer nationwide shipping or pick-up at our location in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan!
Where do I pick up my cookies?
We are located at 15324 E. Jefferson Ave. in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan!
How do I order these cookies?
We will be restocking cookies weekly, so be on the lookout for the weekly drop. To stay up to date, sign up for our Mailing List!
How big are your cookies?
They’re big! Each cookie weighs approximately 6 ounces, or just under half a pound. We prepare and bake them specially so that they’re extra thick, crispy on the outside, and gooey in the center.
What flavors do you offer?
We always have our classic chocolate chip cookie available and rotate our other flavors out. Each flavor is fun, unique, and delicious! Some examples include Cookie Butter Snickerdoodle, Triple Chocolate, Brookie, Cosmic Brownie, Peanut Butter Cookies n Cream, and Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tart.
Can I find your cookies in any stores?
Yes! We currently sell them at Rhythm + Blue Juice Co. in Grosse Pointe, MI and are planning to expand our wholesale locations.
Why vegan?
Mary-Kate has been vegan for over seven years, launching Six Vegan Sisters with her five sisters shortly after becoming vegan. She has always loved baking, so one of her favorite activities once going vegan was making all of her favorite desserts completely vegan. She quickly realized that vegan desserts didn’t have to lack any flavor, and actually tasted better than the non-vegan desserts she was used to. Her family and friends agreed, and so she became the go-to baker whenever any dessert was needed – she even made her cousin’s wedding cake! It was devoured and raved about by hundreds of non-vegan guests. M-K is passionate about veganism and reducing animal cruelty one cookie at a time.
